Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Keep refrigerated below 40F at all times. Cooking Directions: Skillet: Place bacon in single layer in unheated skillet. Cook on medium heat 10 to 12 min. or to desired crispness, turning frequently. Drain on paper towels. Microwave: Place bacon in single layer between paper towels on microwaveable plate. Microwave on high to desired crispness. 2 Slices: 2 to 2 1/2 min.; 4 Slices: 3 to 3-1/2 min. (Caution: Plate may be hot.). For two servings. For four servings. Oven: Place bacon in single layer in shallow pan. Bake at 400F for 17 to 20 min. or to desired crispness. (No turning is necessary). Drain on paper towels. Tip: Slide rubber spatula between uncooked bacon slices to easily separate them without tearing. Appliances vary; heating times are approximate. Once opened, use within 7 days.
