Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: Oven: Place Macabee kosher eggplant cutlets in preheated oven. Bake at 425 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes. (Preferred method). Deep fryer: Place Macabee kosher eggplant cutlets in fryer at 350 degrees F for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Microwave: Place Macabee kosher eggplant cutlets in microwave oven. Cook 2-3 minutes on high. Let Macabee eggplant cutlets cool slightly before eating. Due to differences in appliances, heating times may vary. Eggplant parmigiana: 1. Pour a layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. 2. Place a layer of Macabee kosher eggplant cutlets over the sauce. 3. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese over the cutlets and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. 4. Repeat steps 1 through 3. 5. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees F for 35 minutes. 6. Uncover for last 5 min. 7. Allow to sit for approximately 10 minutes before serving. Due to differences in appliances, heating times may vary.
