Cooking Suggestions: Microwave: Place one cup of frozen vegetables and 2 tablespoons water in microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high 3-5 minutes (Appliances vary; heating times are approximate) or until desired tenderness, stirring once during heating. Drain; season to taste. Note: When cooking larger amounts, add an extra 2 tablespoons of water and 2 more minutes cook time for each additional cup of vegetables. Simmer: Place frozen vegetables in saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil.
