Cooking Instructions: (Optional): These premium quality vegetables should not be overcooked. Cook only until heated through. *Cooking times and settings may vary with model of appliance. Stove top: Bring 1 cups water to a boil. Add Vegetables. Heat through, typically 4-5 minutes. Drain, season to taste. Avoid overcooking. Microwave: Do not pierce, puncture or open the bag. Gently massage the package to break the product apart before placing in microwave. Place the bag in your microwave, directions side up, and cook on high for 2-3 minutes. ✶ Remove from microwave and allow to stand for 1 minute. Carefully pour vegetables from pouch; season to taste. Microwave in the bag. Keep frozen.
