Cook 18 to 22 minutes or until desired crispness, turning halfway through. In Deep Fryer: You will Need: Vegetable oil. 1. Preheat vegetable oil to 375 degrees F. 2. Place 1/2 package (10 oz) frozen fries into basket and lower into hot oil. 3. Cook 2-1/2 to 3 minutes or until desired crispness. Drain and serve. For Food Safety: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze. Heat to 165 degrees F before use. Refrigerate leftovers.
