Keep frozen. How to prepare: Stovetop: Place frozen sweet potatoes into a small amount of boiling water. Cover, steam for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Drain and season to taste. Microwave: Place frozen sweet potatoes into a covered microwave-safe dish. Add a small amount of water and cook on high for 5 to 6 minutes or until tender. Microwave heating times may vary. Drain and season to taste. Great Ways to Enjoy. Saute 2 Tbsp of chopped onion in 2 Tbsp of olive oil, add frozen sweet potatoes and cover. Turn with spatula to brown the mixture, season with salt to taste and serve immediately. Pour frozen sweet potatoes into 9x9" baking dish. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp brown sugar and 1 Tbsp butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Make sweet potato soup, casserole or classic sweet potato pie. Store at or below 0 degrees F (-18 degrees C).
