Cook thoroughly. Stove Top Prep: Keep frozen. Do not overcook. Appliance temperature may vary. Please consider the performance of your appliance when following these directions. Check that product is cooked thoroughly, internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Caution: Ice crystals on frozen foods can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully. Tips for frying with oil: Always preheat oil uncovered. If oil spatters, cover immediately and reduce heat. When spattering stops, remove cover and return to cooking temperature. Be careful not to spatter oil onto hot burner of range. Add 1/2 bag (3 1/2 cups) of frozen potatoes to a 12 inches non-stick pan. Coat potatoes in 6 Tbsp. of oil. Stir to mix oil with potatoes. Heat over medium-high heat for 11-13 minutes or until desired color is reached. Stir every 2-3 minutes. Season to taste. Keep Frozen.
