Cooking instructions: Stovetop: Remove number of portions desired from packaging. Add 1 teaspoon oil in a skillet over medium high heat per pupusa. Cook for 4 minutes each side until crisp and internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured with a food thermometer. Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray pupusas with non stick spray oil on both sides. Cook for 10 minutes or until golden and crisp and internal temperature of pupusa reaches 165°F as measured with a food temperature. Keep frozen until ready to use. Needs to be fully cooked.
