For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave: Cut 2 slits in plastic film to vent. Place tray on microwave safe plate in center of microwave. Microwave on high for 4 minutes (5 minutes for 700-watt microwaves). Carefully peel back film and stir. Replace film. Microwave on high on additional 4 minutes (6 minutes for 700-watt microwaves). Remove from microwave, let stand for 3 minutes to cool and thicken. Stir before serving. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cut 2 slits in plastic film to vent. Place tray on oven safe cookie sheet. Bake 25 minutes. Carefully peel back film and stir. Replace film. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven, let stand 5-7 minutes to cool and thicken. Stir before serving. Caution Hot. Avoid steam when opening. Keep frozen.
