Keep frozen. Basic cooking guide: Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Place frozen wings in a lightly oiled baking pan. 3. Bake 15 minutes, turn, and cover with cooking sauce if desired. 4. Bake 20 minutes more until internal temperature reaches 180°F. Skillet: 1. Heat 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil per wing in a large skillet on medium-high heat. 2. Add thawed wings, reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 28 minutes turning occasionally, until browned and internal temperature reaches 180°F. Grill: 1. Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. 2. Prepare grill so heat is medium hot.* 3. Place frozen wings on rack directly over fire; cover and cook 22 minutes turning once during cook, until internal temperature reaches 180°F. *If using a charcoal grill, test temperature by holding your hand 6 inches above the grill rack. Temperature is medium hot if you can hold your hand there comfortably for 3-4 seconds.
