Skyr is the name for thick yogurt in Icelandic. It is made with simple ingredients and is high in protein. None of our products contain any of those dreadful artificial sweeteners. We only use milk from farmers who do not use growth hormones like rBST. Our skyr is great on its own or mixed with fruit and granola. It is an excellent ingredient for cooking and baking.
