You Will Need: 1 large egg. Directions: Remove lid and pouches from cup. Crack egg into cup. Empty content of pouches into cup. Stir until blended. Microwave on high 40 sec; stir. Microwave additional 30 sec; stir. Caution: Cup and contents will be very hot! Note: Microwave are based on an 1100-wat oven. Cook eggs until completely firm (165 degrees F). If preparing with large 2 eggs or 2 egg whites, follow the above directions, except increase the second microwave time to 50 sec. Do not leave microwave unattended. Do not reuse cup. Keep refrigerated.
