Microwave on high 45 sec.; stir. Microwave additional 45 sec.; stir. Caution: Cup and contents will be very hot! Note: Microwave times are based on an 1100-watt oven. Cook your eggs until completely firm (165°F). If preparing with 2 large eggs or 2 egg whites follow the above directions, but increase the second microwave time to 1 min.
