Cooking Instructions: Ingredients: 2 tbsp sunflower oil or ghee; 1 lb chicken or tofu; 1 pouch Saffron Road Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce; cilantro or parsley for garnish. Saute: Heat oil in a heavy skillet, add chicken and/or tofu, saute until cooked through. Slightly brown ingredients to add flavor & texture.
