7-inch round mix waffles Mix Water Egg(s) Oil 2 - 3 1 1 1/2 Cups 2/3 Cup 1 3 Tbsp. 4 - 5 3 cups 1 1/3 Cups 2 1/3 Cup. 9-10 Full box 2 3/4 Cups 4 2/3 Cup. Tip for best results, use cold water. 1 Heat waffle iron: On heat and lightly grease waffle iron. 2 Whisk waffle mix, water, egg(s) and oil: Measure mix by lightly spooning it into measuring cup and leveling it off. Whisk waffle mix, water, egg(s) and oil until smooth. Let batter stand 2 minutes. Pour about 2/3 cup batter onto waffle iron. 3 Cook until golden: Cook waffles until steaming stops or until golden brown. Do not eat raw batter. High altitude. No adjustment necessary.
