One-step heating directions (Keep frozen until use). In a skillet, heat frozen pancakes at medium setting (300 degrees F) with a little oil or cooking spray for approximately 5 minutes on each side. In a conventional or toaster oven, preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen pancakes on a baking sheet or aluminum foil. Heat for 8-10 minutes on each side.
