Description: Round bagel baked to a golden brown, crusty on the outside and moist on the inside, with a hole located in the center of the round bread. Always boiled the old fashioned way.
Recommended storage conditions: Care must be taken during storage and shipment to avoid damaging of bulk packaged bagels. Keep frozen on a storage room below 0 degrees F. Expected shelf life: Fresh bagels are best consumed within one (1) day after baked and stored at room temperature. Frozen bagels may be stored up to twelve (12) months.
