Recipe: In a pressure cooker add 2 tbsp of cooking oil, 2½ medium sized chopped onions, 2-1/2 chopped tomatoes and fry till golden brown. Now add 300g cleaned mutton pieces and saute with 1 tbsp of Aachi Mutton Curry Masala. Add 250 ml of water, 1 tbsp coconut paste and required amount of salt and pressure cook for 4 whistles. Boil for 10 to 15 mins for thick gravy. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice/idly/dosa. The masala can be used for vegetable curry also. Served for 6 to 8 persons. Store in an air tight container after opening and use clean dry spoon.
