Recipe: In a pressure cooker add 2 tbsp of Oil/Ghee, saute 2 medium sized sliced Onion until golden brown colour. Add 2 tbsp of Ginger Garlic paste, few Coriander leaves & Mint leaves, 1 big sliced Tomato, 1 tbsp of Curd, 1 tbsp of Aachi Biryani Masala and 250g Mutton or Chicken or 1-1/2 cup of Vegetables and saute for 10 mins. Add 350ml of Water, 250g of Basmati Rice and Salt to taste, few Coriander leaves. Either pressure cook for 1-2 whistles or cook till warm. Now tasty Aachi Biryani is ready to serve. Serves for 6 to 8 persons. Store in an air tight container after opening and use clean dry spoon.
