You will need: 3 Medium potatoes (About 1 lb). 1 1/2 tablespoon oil. Makes about 6 servings. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Wash and pat dry potatoes. 2. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half. With cut side down, cut each half lengthwise into 4 or more wedges. Place in large bowl. 3. In small bowl, mix 1 Tbsp of seasoning mix with 1 1/2 Tbsp of oil. 4. Pour seasoning mixture over potato wedges and toss until evenly coated. 5. Place potatoes on a large baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes, turning them over once after 15 minutes. Cooking times will vary depending on desired crispness.
