Directions: To prepare fajita mix: stir contents of package into 4 ounces of water or beer. Place one of the following in marinade; 1 lb. sirloin steak (cut in 4" strips); 1 lb. skinless boneless chicken (cut in strips); 1 lb. shrimp (shelled & deveined). Refrigerate and marinate for 2 hours. To make fajitas: in a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp. oil; saute marinated steak, chicken or shrimp, 1 thinly sliced onion, and 1 sliced green bell pepper. Cook over medium high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add 1 tomato (cut in wedges) in the last minute of cooking. Serve sizzling hot with warm tortillas, salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
