Gluten-free chocolate chip cookies (Dairy and eggs in recipes can be substituted with appropriate replacers according to your dietary needs): 1 stick butter, softened. 1 tsp vanilla. 1 large egg. Directions: (1). Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (2). Stir softened butter, vanilla and egg in medium bowl. Stir cookie mix until soft dough forms (dough will be crumbly). (3). Drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Slightly form ball. Bake 13 to 15 minutes (Appliances vary; cooking times are approximate.). Cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Yield: 2 dozen cookies.
