What you'll need: 1 package Bob's Red Mill® gluten free chocolate chip cookie mix. 1 large egg. 3 Tbsp water. 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, very soft. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Step 2: Whisk together egg and water. Add butter and stir until well blended. Add cookie mix and stir until fully incorporated. Step 3: Scoop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Step 4: Bake for 10-13 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then move to wire rack to cool completely. Makes 24 cookies. Store in a cool, dry place to preserve freshness.
