Gluten free chocolate chip brownie cookies: 1 box Nature's Promise Gluten-Free Chocolate Brownie Mix. 2 large eggs. 5 Tbsp butter, melted. 1/4 cup chocolate chips. Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease. Stir brownie mix, eggs and melted butter in large bowl until dough forms. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons, 3 inches apart on baking sheets. Bake 12 to 14 minutes (appliances vary, cooking times are approximate), or until centers are set but still soft. Cool on sheets for 4 minutes (appliances vary, cooking times are approximate). Remove to wire racks and cool completely.
