You will need: 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 1 egg ( For cakelike brownies, use 1/4 cup water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs). Prep: (1) Heat oven to 350 degrees F for shiny metal or glass pan or 325 degrees F for nonstick pan. Grease bottom of pan. (2) Stir brownie mix, water, oil and egg in medium bowl until blended. Spread in pan. (3) Bake as directed in chart or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely; Store tightly covered.
