Gani

Gani has worked at Giant for over nine years, starting as a Cashier. During her time with Giant, she advanced to Service Center Associate, Check-Out Coach, and now, Gani is a Customer Operations Manager. Her favorite thing about working at Giant is the opportunity for personal and professional advancement. "We all have the opportunity to grow and develop in our career paths," Gani says.

Other aspects of Giant that Gani enjoys are the retail environment, where she is able to interact with customers and other associates on a daily basis, and the training and development the company provides to its associates. "Giant has enriched my career with workshops, training programs, and by teaching different management skills. I learned the hard, mid, and soft skills necessary to make me a great manager."

Gani's Store Manager adds, "Gani is very energetic, willing to learn anything new, and is always asking what areas she needs to work on to improve herself in her job." Gani sets goals and enjoys the recognition she receives when she accomplishes those goals. Ultimately, Gani's objective is to reciprocate the positive influence Giant has had on her development to other associates. "I want to be a positive influence on others' success."
