Another convenient shopping option to fit customers’ busy lifestyles in Bensalem, Hatfield, Plymouth Meeting, Royersford and Warminster communities
Carlisle, PA – GIANT Food Stores today announced the launch of its new GIANT Pick Up service in five Montgomery and Bucks County communities in partnership with leading internet grocer and sister company, Peapod. Shoppers can now order their groceries online through www.Peapod.com for easy pick up at the GIANT Food Stores located 2721 Street Road, Bensalem; 1540 Cowpath Road, Hatfield; 2450 Chemical Road, Plymouth Meeting; 1824 Ridge Pike, Royersford; and 720 W Street Road, Warminster.

To take advantage of GIANT Pick Up, shoppers visit www.Peapod.com or the Peapod app on their smartphone where they enter their zip code. Once there, they can add items to their cart, select a payment method and then choose a convenient one hour pick-up time any day of the week. There is no fee for the service and no minimum purchase required. Manufacturer coupons are accepted and doubled and customers will be prompted to enter at the time of payment. When customers arrive at their designated Pick Up, an attendant is waiting to put the bags directly into their car.
In addition, shoppers can create personal lists, read nutritional information online, sort products rapidly by price or by nutrition criteria, and take advantage of thousands of weekly specials. GIANT customers can even shop from a list of items they have bought at their local store simply by entering their GIANT BonusCard number online. They can also earn Gas Extra Rewards and A+ School Rewards on their pick-up orders.
