GIANT FOOD STORES TO REBUILD WEST CHESTER PIKE STORE
Brand new store to open in fall 2017
Carlisle, PA - The GIANT Food Store located at 1502 West Chester Pike in West Chester will temporarily close beginning on January 6, 2017 in order to replace the current store and begin construction of a brand new one. It will re-open to customers when construction is completed in fall 2017.
In the interim, customers are encouraged to shop at one of GIANT’S nearby West Chester stores including 698 Dowingtown Pike, 1393 Dilworthtown Crossing and 1375 Boot Road. During this temporary closure, all store associates will be relocated to other nearby store locations.
“We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are looking forward to offering our West Chester customers a larger and better place to shop with more amenities to help them save time, save money and eat well,” said Tom Lenkevich, GIANT president. “We will continue to update our customers as the construction process nears completion and a grand re-opening date is announced.”
